We have two anesthesiologists available round the clock on rotation basis to ensure highest standards of care. The team members are well trained to cater to all kinds of surgeries, in all surgical specialties. In both the Operation Theaters, a member of the anesthesia team will be with the patient throughout the procedure. After the procedure, the patient will be moved to the recovery room and a nurse will monitor the patient and provide medication under guidance of anesthesiologist, to minimize pain and other issues if any, including control of Blood pressure, nausea, vomiting as needed. Then the patient will be discharged from recovery room on advice by anesthetist when he is stable and comfortable. In cases, necessitating more intense post-operative care patients will be managed in postoperative ICU along with the primary physician till the patient reaches the point where he may be safely managed in the ward or room.
